The unit includes a digital temperature display and timer, an easy‑to‑replace syringe design, and a Teflon‑lined safety housing. Its separate preheater design minimizes warm‑up wait times when switching between adhesive batches during production.

Equipped with a precision pressure regulator for dispensing small adhesive dots, the dispensing pressure is displayed digitally with high accuracy from the nozzle to 100 psi. Dispensing time is controlled precisely via a digital display. The vacuum‑backflow feature effectively prevents adhesive reflow and dripping. Its “stand‑up” design requires minimal footprint. It also includes a low‑pressure alarm: when the detected pressure deviates by ±10% from the setpoint, an alert is triggered to notify the operator.

Adjustable air pressure and stroke enable a wide range of precision processes, while the all‑stainless‑steel body and fluid‑path components ensure long‑term reliability and durability.
