The controller features two independent temperature‑control output channels, designed to regulate the Loctite® PUR3O 30‑ml needle‑tip dispenser and the PUR30 30‑ml syringe preheater. This integrated controller combines dispensing‑time control, pressure control, and temperature control in a single, user‑friendly system. It can be seamlessly integrated with Loctite’s re‑dispensing robotic systems. The unit includes a digital temperature display and timer, an easy‑to‑replace syringe design, and a Teflon‑lined safety housing. Its separate preheater design minimizes warm‑up wait times when switching between adhesive batches during production.

Vacuum backflow effectively controls sagging or dripping, while incremental and timed modes allow you to select the dispensing method. Up to 40 dispensing programs can be stored.

Equipped with a precision pressure regulator for dispensing small adhesive dots, the dispensing pressure is displayed digitally with high accuracy from the nozzle to 100 psi. Dispensing time is controlled precisely via a digital display. The vacuum‑backflow feature effectively prevents adhesive reflow and dripping. Its “stand‑up” design requires minimal footprint. It also includes a low‑pressure alarm: when the detected pressure deviates by ±10% from the setpoint, an alert is triggered to notify the operator.
